Hair Extensions Re-Stitching + Adjustment

We offer complimentary re-stitching to the edges of extensions and/or wefts should they come loose for all of our clients. This should not be a regular occurrence and is not a replacement for a move-up and does not include a complete row replacement. Simply text or call and we'll get you in, often same day or next. 

New hair extensions installation clients are encouraged to wear their new hair for a week and let us know if they need additional length or style changes. There is no charge for an adjustment of this nature.

Hair Extensions Purchases

Hair extensions purchases of any kind including specialty pieces, take-home extensions such as clip-ins or halos are absolutely final sale. When we work things out during the consultation and explain the method of installation for salon-maintained extensions, or send you home with take-home extensions, we've agreed to those being the extensions you've wanted. Hair extensions are not a service, they are a product you're purchasing.

Deposits

Hair Extensions deposits for a hair extensions installation cover the cost of the hair and are absolutely final sale.  In the event of a no call/no show on an installation appointment, the extensions will be forfeit to cover the cost of the missed appointment. 

Rescheduling Policy

Reschedules must be done no less than 2 weeks in advance at Bloom.

Due to demand, we are no longer able to accommodate a lot of rescheduling for clients. If you are rescheduling even a week before with our busy schedule, it's often taking 2 spots. If you're given a 6 or 7 week recommendation and want to change that reservation, it is consistently on your calendar and ours. There's a chance we will not have an appointment for a long time (months) should you need to reschedule at this point.

Please ensure you are able to make the time we've scheduled work. We love seeing you.

Service Changes/Refunds

Currently, our hair stylist and esthetician are very experienced and also have a very high success rate with client services. When we draw up your service plan, it's always good to confirm the services you're about to receive and make sure you understand the service, length of time it'll take and likely outcome. We won't provide services we aren't able to accommodate and will give referrals to other providers we trust if needed. Therefore, refunds are never offered in our salon at this time. We will revisit this if we introduce a new service provider.

We're confident that service adjustments ought to be minor at this stage. A toner for example or a quick root blend on highlights, not additional hours of time. You may request those minor adjustments and we are glad to be generous with our time and resources.

Client Cancellations

Our livelihood is dependent on providing products and services to our valued clients. 

No Shows are charged to your card on file at 100% of the service price. Same day cancellations are now a 65% fee. If somehow there's not a card on file, you must pay for the missed appointment(s) before being rebooked.

Service Provider Cancellations

Service providers are expected to be on time for their appointments and give clients as much notice as possible if an emergency occurs or they need to reschedule. If a service provider cancels same day, you may request a 50% credit, no questions asked. If a service provider cancels a day before, you may request a 25% credit. You'll also be moved to the front of the line for an appointment. Please use your best judgement in doing so as it may affect their commission.
